What has this looked like in practice?-As a consultant, I helped a multinational brewery gain share of throat (yes, a real metric) by identifying several attractive yet underserved segments in their South American market.-At LinkedIn, I led a talented team in building and operationalizing a customer-centric segmentation that helped Product, Marketing & Sales crush their revenue & customer impact goals. -At startups, I helped founders focus on needle-moving opportunities across the customer buying journey and competitive landscape. After almost two decades in the corporate and startup worlds, I'm thrilled to continue pursuing my passion as an independent consultant for growth-stage startups. Outside of work, I love getting out in nature with my kiddo and dog, losing myself in a good book and exploring the world.
