Responsible for analyzing and defining enhancements to the existing Mantas product as well as define the vision and business rationale for new products. Mentor and shepherd the new or enhanced feature or application through the entire software development lifecycle. Work closely with both on-shore and off-shore resources within the Requirements, Development and Test Teams.

Responsible for oversight and execution of final tests and validation of the installed Mantas data mining and case management product(s) at the client site prior to client’s entry into User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Coordinated schedule and planning with project teams. Coordinated the development of engagement test plan and test cases. Managed the activities of Professional Services test personnel. Executed engagement test cases, triages issues and helped in issue resolution. As a Mantas on-site presence served as a liaison between Mantas and the client.Also responsible for coordination and execution of application training for customers. This included preparation and maintenance of the training materials as well as preparing Training Plans for each client.
