Based in Lahti, Finland—the Winter Sports Capital—I’m passionate about creating great customer experiences through well-planned events.One of the highlights of my career was serving as Event Director for the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, where I led large-scale event production. My approach to event planning is straightforward: do the right things right. Good planning is the foundation of any successful event.Over the years, I’ve produced tens of events, participated in hundreds, and studied thousands. Too often, I’ve seen events that fall short due to poor planning or communication.
