Reporting to Country Manager • Implementation of "5 Dysfunctions of a Team" Workshop to improve Team Performance• Responsible for the Development of ERP system and Factory processes, such as Production Booking POKA-YOKE, Cyclic Counting, Product Traceability, Vendor Managed Inventory, etc. • Management of Master Data and development of Master Data Workflow Application • Supporting Company Processes by development of Internet-based applications for various functions, such as IT Help-desk, Fixed Assets, Suggestion system, etc. • Management of IT Infrastructure and IT Help-desk for 370 Computer Users

• Leading the Kaizen Office (Autoliv Production System)• Implementation of Infor's M3 ERP to 3 production locations in Turkey.• Improvement on company processes and flows such as pull flow deployment with suppliers (Supplier Kanban system and developing needed Kanban Software) and Production Leveling (Heijunka and Rail)• Monitoring Company Lean processes, such as suggestions, workshops, etc. Design of Suggestion software.

Project leader for Autoliv’s INHOUSE SUPPLY CHAIN FLOW Project. • Design and implementation of New Warehouse.• Resign of Factory Layout, and implementation.• Selection and Purchasing of inhouse logistics equipment (Warehouse Racks, Forklifts, Tow trucks, etc.) • Design and production of Tow Truck Wagons, Box Trolleys and Trolley Lifts on the Line(Ergokas).

Responsible for the planning of the below departments;• “Door Pre-assembly” (30 workers, 4 automatic screwing machines) • “Gluing Shop” (35 workers, 6 robots in 3 facilities) Activities including;• Ratio Projects to improve efficiency in GEMBA• Design and implementation of new tools and facilities for new projects• Definition of product takt-time with the MTM analysis and REFA guidelines• Integration of door pre-assembly line into main assembly line.• Relocation of Glueing Workshop, including Robotic equipment• Leading material flow improvement projects• Implementation of TPM into working areas.

Member of an international team located in Germany for development of a new cooker, as platform for factories in Germany, Spain, Greece and Turkey. • Responsible for the development and construction of a door for built-in oven, • 4 Patents registered in German Patent institute
