1, social recruitment: rospond for company's all positions 1), network recruitment: Cjol and 51JOB are mainly used to the R & D center all position, channel contribution rate is 76%,I am good at reserching senior potential talent; 2)internal recommendation:Mainly used in various senior-technical positions recruitment, encourage all employees to recommend his/her friends to join in our company by provided recommended prize, channel contribution rate is 15%; 3)third-party agencies - sush as headhunter, special recruitment fairs, RPO: Responsible for third party management ,final- interview and so on.use two headhunters to support the upper-positions,the special recruitment fairs and RPO is mainly applied to the positions that need mass candidates. Channel contribution rate is 9%, but the lower rate is mainly because of the short time used . 2, the campus recruitment: paticipated in campus recruitment programs inthree citys witch are Harbin, Xi'an, Xiamen, to recruit 211/985 school students. 3,the probation period management: 1), responsible the newcomer's the first week, the first month, regular communication and interview, solve new employee orientation confusion, help new employees quickly intergration into work-teamandadapt to the company culture. 4,the entry management: responsible for SAP data entry, mailbox, dormitory application. 5,process、system analysis and preparation : 1) Process analysis: I reviewed the entry process, the recruitment process,the probation period conversion process. 2) preparation of System: internal recommendtion system, management system,the probation period management regulations, internal transfer system conversion. Summary:I has my own undrestangding as follows: recruitment process (management and data analysis), the channel ( use, development, management and analysis ), interview skills, evaluation techniques, relevant system drawn.

1,mainly responsible for the company's overall recruitment: 1)Indirect recruitment:inresponsible for interview arrangement and personal interview, familiar with the various functional departments recruitment; 2)Direct recruitment: according to company's appointment standard screening candidates and determine the recruitment, to assist with the school of school-enterprise cooperation negotiations , to solve the urgently problem. During employment , I provided some improved advices abut recruitment percess and test ,which were accepted and proved by my suprior. 2,responsible for staff exit interview and analysis, use the result to propose the improvement suggestion to management,so I learned the interview and form designning skills. 3,master of handle employee relations skills. 4,master of network, talent market, campus recruitment channels applying and cost evaluation, and to build a good relationship with them; 5,familiar with dispatch services company, negotiation and school relationship maintenance .
