Engaged by the vendor to manage the implementation of Warehouse Management systems into three distribution centres for a major supermarket operator, in Auckland and Rotorua.

Engaged by Object Consulting through its subsidiary, Transacta, to project manage the integration of PCMS Vision Beanstore Point of Sale software for David Jones, for their department store chain in Australia.Also managed two State Government projects for Object.At Lands and Property Information, managed a team who designed and developed multiple web services used to support the State cadastral databases.Project managed the delivery of a strategic systems review and recommendations for the Livestock Health and Animal Pests Authority.

Managed an AdvanceRetail team, blueprinting the integration of their POS system with SAP and other applications for Harvey Norman as part of Project Reload. Project Reload is a systems replacement program for Harvey Norman's businesses in Australia, NZ, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Was engaged by the Warehouse to develop and manage a program of work to realise substantial gross profit opportunities by improving the clarity and integrity of customer facing communications. This involved reviewing processes throughout the core merchandising, marketing and operations teams at the National Support Office and all stores nationally, and making recommendations about appropriate future IT investments and development.I lead the development of a proposal for DB Breweries on behalf of RS-AP and REALTECH Ltd to address a competitive RFP for “blueprinting” services for a range of EAI and B2B projects based around the use of SAP PI. I subsequently project managed the delivery of multiple blueprints which spawned several “realisation” projects, for which statements of work were prepared and delivered. I then project managed the “realisation” of these projects, with a core team of 4 senior consultants.DB projects included GS1Net integration, 3PL integration and the re-engineering of several internal applications to migrate them to PI from obsolete legacy EAI solutions. The implementation was based on an Enterprise Systems Bus architecture using Open Application Group OAGIS standards.
