I am committed to learning more about human resource management and supporting employees and managers as they navigate through organizational challenges using my knowledge of human behavior and motivation. Holding a degree in Applied Psychology with specializations in Applied Theory & Research and Leadership and Management, I want to optimize the people processes of organizations I work with through my critical thinking and leaderships capabilities. I am currently expanding this knowledge through a post-baccalaureate program in Advanced Human Resources Management. This filters my focus on aligning employee skills and abilities with organizational objectives, supporting sustainable people solutions that support strategic HRM.
