The Isaac and Daniel Carasso research center is in charge of the development and innovation of Danone Europe's fresh dairy products. Within the R & D department I work in the drinking yoghurt team developing the following tasks:- Realization of product mock-ups.- Responsible for Pilot Trials.- Physical-chemical and organoleptic analysis of the product.- Post-market product analysis.- Be part of creative meetings for the development of new products.- Interaction with suppliers for the management of new projects.- Performance of product stress test to avoid contamination.

The objective of BDN i is to provide a personalized technological advisory service to companies from different areas of the food industry.During the stay at BDN I have been part of the technical team providing support in the activities carried out in the pilot plant and in the applications laboratory.BDN works for companies in different sectors such as meat, dairy, fishing, bread-making, etc. Therefore I have had the opportunity to work in very diverse sectors and in this way my training has been more complete.My main function has been to create new formulations and apply them using all the machinery available in BDN.
