• Answer the telephone and transfer calls to the appropriate destination; responds to caller’s questions and provides accurate information.• Receives, greets, and announces visitors in a courteous and tactful manner; provides assistance to callers and visitors by answering questions and providing instructions and referrals.• Receives and properly log, packages, airline tickets, express mail, and items delivered to the lobby.• Develops and maintains a filing system of a variety of statistical correspondence, forms, card, and reports.• Prepares statistical reports for the Area Command.• Print monthly reports for the city.
