Management of the South America Business Units orders, up to 9K Tn/month. Close communication with the Commercial Front End responsible of each order.To dispatch all of the orders shipped by container (to all over the world) Up to 4.5K Tn per month. Internal customer assistance. Improving in critics detection and follow up of the orders manufacturing process and its date of delivery.Dispatch planification with a scope of two months sight.Working along with port staff to ensure fluidity on loading operations, avoiding demurrages and dead freight charges on vessels that involve assigned Business Units.Setting PO's to suppliers for Services.

To issue (using SAP) the corresponding invoices for all the export material dispatched by airplane and vessel. Up to 70K Tn per month.Creation of credit and debit notes for accounting adjustments.Creation of manual proformas.Weekly certification of the payments to be done to the customs agent for the railcars dispatched.Communication with customs agent in order to perform customs clearance.

Management and follow-up of the export orders shipped by container (to all over the world) Up to 4.4K Tn per month. (Including orders tracing, booking of the container vessel and following all of the stages until the containers are loaded in the vessel in POL).Dispatch planification with a scope of two months sight.Working along with port staff to ensure fluidity on loading operations, avoiding demurrages and dead freight charges on vessels that involve assigned Business Units

Assistance with ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 implementation.Delivering of personal protective equipment.Update procedure: “Identification of environmental aspects”.Update environmental documentation (that one related with legal requirements).

Central de Ciclo Combinado Dos Bocas.Updating operative procedures as required by the last policy implemented.Scheduled inspections to machines and facilities in the mill, includingextinguishers, in order to avoid potential accidents.Analyzing hazards and risks in the maneuvers carried out within the operationsdepartment.
