Responsibilities:• Create, maintain & document test plans, test cases, & test data • Plan & execute test cases - manual & automated• Schedule & perform ERP & POS regression testing for each version release update• Assess & define test scope based on business processes and requirements• Perform QA on executed tests to ensure they meet the necessary standards & that evidential documentation coverage has been provided• Convert test cases into automation scripts, monitor execution via Executive Automats & Azure DevOps, report outcomes & perform maintenance for version updates• Scheduling & manage all aspects of testing throughout all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle• Identify, analyse, document & manage all defects raised during test cycles in Azure DevOps• Collaborate with business analysts, developers & functional consultants to understand requirements for the test environments• Interact with developers to resolve technical, design & functional issues, to determine root cause based on specifications & requirements• Provide test summary updates on a regular basis, & prepare a test completion report to share with all business stakeholders at the end of each cycle• Conduct test team training & lead business stakeholder meetings as required
