Consistency and 100% effort are the only two things you need to get where you want to be.These are two things I keep in mind when approaching any goal or obstacle.In 2023, I had the opportunity to be a General Manager at a local restaurant, Logan's Heroes. I had minimal experience in the role requirements like profit optimization, managing large teams, budget tracking, and operational efficiency. I figured that if I am dedicated and consistent with my efforts to learning this position then this opportunity would not go to waste. With this mindset, Logan's Heroes won top performer for the Best of Northern Utah award for 2 consecutive years while under my supervision. Going into this new job experience blindsided, I also managed to scale catering operations by 70% and established a strong clientele within the local community of Cache Valley, Utah.I am excited to see where this approach will take me in the future for my career path and for my personal growth.
