Additionally, I dedicate time to developing Avo as an organization and enhancing our offerings for clients.Alongside my highly motivated colleagues, I regularly analyze and evaluate new research, methodologies, and technologies to discern what is truly impactful versus just hype.

Deloitte Digital combines Deloitte’s globally recognized strength in business transformation and technology implementation with the capabilities of a world-class digital agency.Worked on two major projects:1. Implementation of a strategic update to client's service offerings (9 months):Supported a global firm in establishing, implementing, and communicating a common external service offering across their companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The project was part of the implementation of the company’s long-term strategy and a result of its 5-year expansion program. Led and executed the technical implementation and roll-out of the project. Managed and supported several national teams in parallel and ran the continuous development of the global solution in collaboration with the Global Chiefs of Staff for the various business areas.2. CRM system developer (13 months):Developed, implemented, and supported the use of a CRM system for a global industry firm with 15,000 users across more than 100 countries. Worked with setup and implementation of integrations towards the system using SQL and XML.
