During my 8+ years at Roaming Hunger, I have consistently developed innovative methods to communicate complex UI updates to a network of over 20,000 food trucks, accommodating a wide range of technical expertise—from resolving basic issues like 404 errors to navigating advanced processes. To achieve this, I’ve leveraged tools like Loom and HelpScout's Knowledge Base feature, prioritizing concise communication through visual aids. These efforts have resulted in a consistent 90% “GREAT” rating from the more than 50K vendors and clients I’ve assisted since this metric became trackable.Beyond work, I’m passionate about history and preservation. As a collaborator with the California Landmark Foundation since 2017, I’ve restored four state historical markers and successfully led the confirmation of California’s first LGBTQ+ landmark.
