Project Manager for the relocation for Skatturinn, The Iceland Revenue and Customs, to its new headquarters at Katrínartún, previously operated in 3 separate locations. The project entails preparation, planning and coordination to ensure a smooth relocation.The project is built up form the following main components:1. Observe and monitor that the new HQ meet´s requirements and working with senior management on how their business units set up2. Assess the scope of operations in the new premises and present proposals regarding operational arrangements.3. Review the requirements for new equipment as well as supervise the tendering and purchasing process.4. Create and supervise project groups (4-12 employees) with defined tasks relating to the project.5. Provide and coordinate information to and from staff on the relocation6. Creation of a transport plan and supervise the preparation and implementation of the relocation.7. Supervise the handover of the current premises to the owners.
