Global Channel Programs Manager
Current- Own and drive long-term and high impact strategic programs across the global partner business, including program identification and scoping, stakeholder alignment, build, and execution.
- Assess existing partner processes, identify opportunities to redesign for efficiency and scalability, and successfully drive projects to deliver on those improvements.
- Engage with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Enablement teams on special projects to ensure partner program requirements are included in initialscoping and design to drive successful partner outcomes.
- Drive CRM and PRM enhancements and initiatives in collaboration with the Channel Systems team.
- Assist in designing, maintaining, and delivering on the roadmap for partner operations initiatives.
- Build and deliver ad-hoc reporting to support projects and company OKRs.Contributions:★ Successfully restructured and relaunched Dropbox’s Partner Program in just under six months, which resulted in over 400 unique.
