NGS included the sale of instrumentation, consumables (panels, liquid biopsy extraction) as well as bioinformatics through annotated reports (QCI). The departments using NGS are Oncology, Virology, HLA, etc. The majority of my work with these large customers is custom created products via a strategic relationship under contract.

Single point contact for QIAGENs largest customer and the selling of our 3,000 products. The goal was to grow new products such as QuantiFERON TB as well as Molecular Oncology Next-Gen Sequencing testing while maintaining all other product utility, HPV, extraction, PCR Assays. Growth came via creating demand with procurement and marketing. Maintaining contractual obligations and working towards a strategic relationship was a constant. Much of my engagement with such a larger lab was in creating custom products and engaging in clinical trails or early adoption of our products.
