+ My training, experience and aptitude provide me the skill set to become a problem solver.+ I have worked in the structured finance and investment banking sector for fifteen years, working my way up from being a Financial Analyst to becoming Department Head.+ I conducted large-ticket syndicated financing transactions for public and private corporate clients, structured debt instruments, managed the issue of the unsecured corporate bond for one of my previous employers, and was regularly involved in the development of structured solutions while continuing to conduct syndicated transactions. + As a mortgage advisor/agent, for three years I helped a large number of applicants achieve their dream of purchasing their first home or upgrading to an accommodation more suited to their requirements.+ In my current position, I bring to bear all my problem solving and client management experience to advise clients on commercial lending solutions to fulfill their dreams of owning their own businesses.
