Project Manage client-facing implementation projects. Analyze and translate client applications and business logic with an end goal of a clean implementation conforming with internal system processing frameworks. • Direct report to CIO as developer supporting corporate applications.• Primary support of Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains for corporate accounting application and Mainsaver, for work management, asset and inventory management, purchasing and invoicing (CMMS). Applications were utilized by over 400 users across 13 plant sites and one HQ location hosted in a Citrix XenApp environment. Managed all aspects of application IT support including upgrades, Citrix and database environments, end users, tracking and prioritizing bug fixes and enhancements.• Design, test and maintain all accounting reports used for financial close processes. Reports designed using SSRS and complex stored procedures utilizing data residing in SQL Server databases.• Created user manual for the CMMS system which incorporated company processes and policies and the how-to’s of the application. Used as system reference and end user training.• Project Lead on migrating data and users onto corporate systems for five plant acquisitions. Included heavy involvement with sellers to get all data extracts timely and accurately. Worked closely with system vendors to map, scrub and import the data into their respective systems. Coordinated all testing and end user training.• Co-managed implementation of Kaseya, a systems management suite. Included installation and configuration of the application and created patching and alerting policies that are used to manage, support and secure over 430 workstations and over 60 servers across all sites. Successful implementation allowed the elimination of a costly managed services agreement which covered these functions previously. • Serve as backup support for Allegro, the corporate Trading and Risk System and all custom applications. Includes an extensive data warehouse which pulls data from multiple data sources around the clock and is utilized by the team of energy traders and analysts.

Key member of a small IT staff focused on support, maintenance, and development of custom and vendor applications and reports used by plant operations and asset operations.• Project Lead on development of tool used to bid generators into ISO New England Electric System, a high profile project with short timelines. Gathered and documented requirements and design. Managed two contractors. Delivered on time and under budget.• Gathered requirements and developed detailed asset P&L reports using SQL Server Reporting Services 2005. Reports were relied on to make key business decisions around operation of the assets.• Co-authored creation of NERC Cyber Security Program. Created robust security patch management program and change control process for critical cyber assets to avoid fines of up to $1M per day per requirement.• Sole support for DataStream, an enterprise CMMS application providing work and materials management, purchasing and invoicing functions for all plants. Accountable for maintenance, performance of application and database servers, support of mobile bar code devices, all report development, system upgrades, bug reporting to vendor, security administration, and business analysis. Coordinated effort to create and procedures for each department using the system. Documentation is now key evidence in external audits of financial controls.• Support for asset operations, accounting and finance, risk management and plant operations applications. Vendor systems included DataStream (Infor), Great Plains (Microsoft), Zainet and Zainet Analytics (SunGard), Wonderware products, and MicroGADS (Navigant). In-house developed systems included ISO-NE Bidding and Scheduling application (ASP.NET 2.0 and C#), FirstLight Generation System (FLGS) (ASP.NET 2.0 and C#), and front office tools (ASP.NET 2.0, VB, Reporting Services, Excel).

Collaborated with vendor and NU’s Oracle and server groups resolving major performance problems.• Key member of the Zainet implementation team. Created extracts from the old Allegro system to import into the new Zainet System. Interfaced with clients to test the system, scrub data from previous system, and model trades and structured wholesale and retail deals into new system. Received Spot Recognition Award for this implementation. Project was on time and under budget. Using in-house resources eliminated the need for additional contractors.• Primary IT contact for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) procedures and documentation for two of Select Energy’s SOX designated systems. Created all new processes and procedures for SOX applications.• Major contributor in gathering and creating documents and reports for sale process of Select’s wholesale, generation, and retail divisions. Created multiple reports for senior management and data extracts used for obtaining bids and sale negotiations. Majority of data housed in a SQL Server database. Utilized SQL Server Enterprise Manager, Query Analyzer, and DTS packages to obtain data. Resulted in successful and timely sales of two business units.

Included over 170 applications and embedded technologies at various levels of the electronic Transmission and Distribution infrastructure. Created and managed project plan, collaborating business unit project managers. Reported project status to senior management on a weekly basis. Project met milestone deadlines within budget.• Member of Meter Data Integrity (MDI) team. Developed tracking and reporting system for meter information. Designed and programmed complex reports used to directly report to ISO and accounting department.
