By creating marketing and sales materials, I supported the sales team in driving increased retention and sales, and was mentored by the lead creative director on Glitch, Fog Creek’s innovative sub-product, where I gained deeper insight into design strategy and product development.

Developed and managed 30 person guerrilla marketing team, along with management of key accounts including top international beverage distributors. Increased part-time employee retention by implementing new management practices and internal processes. Managed staff at 70+ partner events with 600+ attendants. By implementing new internal hiring and management processes of the promotions team, clients saw greater results and sales increased.

As the principal designer, I developed the brand strategy and designed the website, all event branding, and digital marketing materials.
