As a manager at ALDI I have had the opportunity to work at multiple retail outlets. In each location where I manage up to 15 employees at any given time. My promotion to a management role happened within 12 months of joining the business, allowing me to become one of the youngest managers in my area. My first peek into the pharmaceutical industry was through my work at My Chemist, I began my role as a Level II pharmacy Assistant, allowing me to take ownership of the shop floor, tailoring it for our customers. Moreover, work in the dispensary was an amazing opportunity to learn from the pharmacists about the API, formulation and MoA for many prescription medications. In addition to product training for schedule II and III therapeutics, my interest in the field grew strong, leading me to enter into my B. Pharm Sci.
