I worked as a business consultant and project manager in the consultancy branch of SuperOffice Denmark.I covered all the phases of the projects ranging from pre-sale, project planning and management, business analysis, implementation and end-user training.More than 11.000 companies are working with SuperOffice CRM. Customers are mainly medium-sized and large companies and organizations within the business-to-business sector. With this large number of customers, SuperOffice covers a large number of industries, both in the private and public sector.

CCI europe is in the publishing business providing both solution for managing and producing the editorial and the advertising sections of a newspaper. I worked as a workflow consultant helping our customers implementing their CCI AdDesk Sales application - an application for booking advertising orders for different media (print, online, tv, radio etc.). My area of focus was optimizing the workflow of the advertizing department through automization whilst ensuring a high level of customer service at a lower cost. I travelled intensively and worked primarily for large international accounts such as The Chicago Tribune, Belgian media group Corelio, The Chronicle Herald (Halifax, Nova Scotia) and JP/Politikens hus (largest newspaper group in Denmark)

I worked on introducing CRM (Siebel) in the company. Being a traditional government funded company, UNI-C faced the challenge of transforming into a customer oriented company. I participated in formulating the strategy and played a major role in the project as an internal project member. I participated in implementing activities and trained the end-users inthe customer service, marketing and sales departments.
