I love guitars - the sound, the feel, intricacy of the interaction between materials and player.I took up luthiery while in high school after training at the Summit School of Guitar Building and Repair. I've continued to hone my craft and have built guitars for select clients across Canada, taking on one of a kind projects by referral only. I hand select and mill my my own lumber for each uniquely designed guitar. Select projects include: 6 sting bowed electric; collapsible acoustic guitar fit to a hardshell suitcase; 8 string multiscale.

endPoverty is on a mission to stop the cycle of poverty by raising up entrepreneurs through strategic capital lending, business training, and coaching. Founded in 1985, eP has invested more than $25m with >50k entrepreneurs in 37 different countries.I began at eP when the organization was at a crossroads - in need of new direction and renewed vitality. Donor engagement had been declining and the future was in question. During my tenure, donor giving increased >20% as we invested in community building with a focus on telling entrepreneur stories, strategic gifting, and streamlined digital marketing initiatives. I oversaw a complete rebrand and built a team of designers and content creators with a passion for building up entrepreneurs in developing countries.My last project with eP was to help launch Kua Ventures, an SME incubator and accelerator program in Nairobi, Kenya. Through coaching, community and funding, Kua Ventures is empowering entrepreneurs and organizations to deliver social and environmental change.

Consulting with more than 25 small businesses across Western Canada, I designed and implemented new brand identities, go-to-market solutions, and crafted compelling online presences. Working closely with business owners and marketing teams, I helped develop a deeper understanding of ideal customers, ways to reach them, and lead the design and build of supporting marketing and sales assets.

As a staff photographer for the Faculty of Fine Arts, I created images for promotional and marketing material that uniquely represented the identity of the student body and faculty while supporting the objectives of the university. I also collaborated on print design and layout of promotional material.

As art director and photo editor I played a critical role on the design team. I aimed to bring fresh inspiration to each new edition, working with staff and contributors to generate compelling content.
