Through my strategic leadership and advisory efforts, I have been able to build multimillion-dollar global market research/insights/BI/analytics/data companies, turn around underperforming divisions, and facilitate successful exits/acquisitions ranging from $2M to $525M in value.Key Career Impressions:★ Built and led Newlink Group’s Insights, Strategy, Digital, Data/AI/Analytics, and Innovation practice to optimize its branding/marketing consultancy and transformation services across 7 countries.★ Spearheaded the launch of the IBOPE Inteligência brand in the US and managed a team of 250 US-based employees, in addition to directing operations in Mexico and Puerto Rico and launching IBOPE’s online research business (IBOPE Connecta) in Brazil.★ Directed a comprehensive restructuring of MetrixLab’s sales, marketing, and commercial teams as well as new product development and brand repositioning initiatives, leading to record growth across key markets (US, UK, Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands).★ Established and grew e-Rewards’ (they acquired Research Now and SSI) European operations from the ground up (including recruiting a 25-member team, creating a London HQ, and opening offices in France and Germany), resulting in $5.5M in revenue in the first year with healthy profit margins.★ Turned around GfK Martin Hamblin’s $40M market research business by restructuring the US and UK firms, in addition to being a core team leader of the $525M acquisition of NOP World and building a $155M+ combined consulting business in the UK.★ Founded and developed Kantar Research International’s (RI) Global Technology practice from the ground up to a Top 10 UK market research agency with $30M in revenue and 60+ research staff, resulting in promotion to a UK Board Member.
