For over a decade, I have been designing memorable experiences that solve problems, create value, and make an impact. As the former Design Team Lead at November Five, a global award-winning workplace for innovators, I guided and assisted a group of seven designers. I ensured that we used the same resources, tools, and methodology, while also helping them discover their own design career path.I am also passionate about digital sustainability and advocate for lowering digital footprints. I'm a frequent speaker on the topic. Some of the projects that I have worked on include e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, web applications, and digital transformation initiatives. In 2022, I was nominated for the UX Design Awards for one of my team's projects, Vanbreda's Healthcare app. Since 2024 I’m the parttime Creative team manager and Strategist at Whojo Motion studio, guiding and shaping the team of incredible motion designers while building my own creative endeavour ‘Better Things’. A Creative Experience studio to further explore how to turn big ideas into brands’ destined future. Designing Strategy, Customer experiences, Nudging behaviour all while aiming to become digitally sustainable.I also co-host the podcast Re:Design, where I discuss the broad field of design with Thomas Vanhuyse, brand designer at Hunt branding.
