ARHG is a new company comprised of long term associates coming together to redevelop America's urban core with affordable housing.With the ongoing recession and high unemployment rates we've seen in the past few years coupled with increasing offshore manufacturing competition the urban core of American cities has become blighted and peppered with vacant infill residential lots. We will specialize in redeveloping these lots with sustainable, energy efficient residential homes and provide reasonable financing for those of moderate means in order to revitalize the hubs of our cities.We will also facilitate a renewed sense of community and neighborhood pride of ownership by only selling to owner occupied buyers. Each submarket or neighborhood that we develop in we will create and launch a niche social network in conjunction with that district's city councilman, police, fire, school and public works departments and establish a program of monthly "town hall" resident meetings and annual block party.We are rebuilding communities.
