Two years of academic experience designing, implementing, and optimizing single-cell library construction protocols, sequencing strategies, and bioinformatics pipelines. Specifically, my project developed an efficient method of enriching rare cells from cancer patient blood samples and performing state-of-the-art single-cell sequencing protocols on these.
