Frank´s International Norway were at bottom when I was hired, together with my Country Manager, we built Frank´s International AS to become the preferred supplier for tubular running operation in the North Sea, Norway. I oversee all activity of all department, until placed department head on each area in a company. My main duties were to observe and analyze overall efficiency of the Norway branch, day to day operations and oversee clients’ needs and ensure things are moving smoothly. I reported weekly my findings to upper management as needed. From 2006 until 2015, Frank´s Norway grow from 1` mill. turn over until 300´ mill. turn over and went from 2 employees to 150 employees serving all the major oil and gas companies.

My responsibilities and job were to make sure the company's operations, such as crew to installations, tool packages, day to day dialog with client on and offshore and shipping, logistic handling on tools and crew. Align it all to work properly and meet client and my management specifications. My achievements in terms of impact and results, lead to my main client ConocoPhillips and Shell, recommended me to regional management of Frank´s International and I were headhunted to the position of Operations Manager Norway.

Project management, dry dock of Cruise ships, daily contact with maintenance department of our clients NCL, Carnival Cruises, Sun Cruises. On and Offshore work, service, maintenance, repair of ships.

Training for mechanical, service and reporting technically with industry tools, diesel engines, pumps and PM ( preventive Maintenance), Technical diploma in Mechanical engineering 1998.
