With more than 25 years of experience, I have participated in many versions of how we build systems to solve problems. Everything has changed. The technology we develop in, the tools we use, the way we develop and interact and not least what problems we solve with technology. Each version has its advantages and disadvantages that allow us to further develop and improve. It is an educational journey where one of the most important qualities is to listen, think, communicate, try and learn. Development happens when we ask the right questions, not when we give the old answers.I have been lucky to work with a lot of good people in many different roles and companies. Everything from low-level coding in c / c ++ and all the way to designing customer journeys and having different leadership roles linked to IT development and operations. Sometimes there are new solutions, sometimes improving what exists and sometimes removing what no longer works or is used. What is made also has no value until the owner of problems uses the solution (in production), so it's all about getting it out where it creates value and further developing. #BeAgile
