Senior Leadership Team member and Director of Professional Services for fast growing Cyber Consultancy and Managed Services Provider Adarma (formerly ECS Security). Adarma completed a MBO with PE investment partner Livingbridge in 2019.We provide cyber consultancy and services to some of the most high threat profile organisations in the UK, including many retail banks and large retailers. I have built and now lead the PS Division from strategy through to pre-sales, delivery and I own the P&L.

As head of the professional services division I lead multiple teams including pre-sales, architecture and delivery teams who implement major transformation projects across a range of technology areas. These include Collaboration, End User Computing, Network and Security and Infrastructure Platforms. Employed as an independant consultant by a leading UK mobile operator to provide advice on the delivery and positioning of a new service aimed at the multi-national entperprise customer.

Joined in 2000 when in start-up mode in EMEA and delivered growth in current and new markets, enabling a successful IPO in 2003. A key element of the role was to lead and manage an internationally distributed team of technical consultants that provide support to direct and partner sales teams in order to meet the revenue and new order targets for the EMEA region. I was also heavily involved in defining the product strategy and priorities for the EMEA market as well as being a member of the EMEA Management Team which was responsible for all aspects of the business strategy and management within EMEA. The role included representing iPass at all levels within prospects and customers, trade and industry events and speaking opportunities as well as press and media engagements.
