Archer is unlocking the skies, bringing an Electric Vertical Take Off & Landing Aircraft to the world stage. I oversee litigation, labor & employment, regulatory matters, business expansion (subsidiaries and M&A), and support the commercial team (e.g. leases for aircraft and property, service agreements, waivers, etc.). In addition to my enterprise wide duties, I am a primary legal contact for Archer's airline and international operations, where I leverage my regulatory and policy background in strategic planning.

Instacart is a leading technology and delivery platform. Among other things, I provided strategic advice and counsel on legislative, policy, and labor regulations for new and existing ventures.

As a member of the National Labor Relations Board's Contempt, Compliance and Special Litigation Branch, I handled both offensive and defensive matters before the Federal Courts, ranging from District Court Subpoena Enforcement to Bankruptcy matters and an Opposition to a Petition for Writ of Certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court. Such matters included, among other things, enforcement actions, defense against constitutional challenges, collections, federal preemption cases, and the defense of Agency rules and the rulemaking process. In addition to case work, I investigated contempt matters (e.g. compliance with Appellate Court orders, failure to pay, and claims of recidivism), along with matters involving corporate derivative liability (i.e. disguised continuances, alter egos, and single integrated enterprise liability).

The Central Pension Fund is a multi-billion-dollar defined benefit pension fund providing retirement benefits for thousands of active participants and retired beneficiaries, with contributions from over 6,000 employers.
