I have the great pleasure of assisting several Douglas County, Oregon school districts with their student data submissions as they pertain to state and federal accountability collections. I also work with school districts and the various departments of the Douglas Education Service District in conducting research and analyzing various student, staff, community, agency, and program data to facilitate the understanding of trends, change, and program improvements. I also provide state assessment testing support and coordination for Douglas ESD student programs and for Sutherlin School District. Such support and coordination include helping educators understanding the nuances of the Oregon K-12 assessment and accountability policies via multiple communication venues.Previous work experiences have included 12 years of providing regional state assessment testing support and coordination to 65 school districts in Oregon. Ensuring that Oregon educators understand and comply with Oregon's state assessment policies and procedures. Also, for three years I was the statewide coordinator for the scoring of Oregon's Writing Assessment, thus working to ensure that across the state the tests were scored through a valid process.Additional work experience and skills also include survey creation, management and analysis via Qualtrics, contract and budget management, staff training, training material and resource creation, event planning, and customer/client advocating.
