• Responsible for the business administration of Matrix Consulting, a government sub-contractor that provides software development and IT services to the Intelligence Community. Responsibilities include contractual, financial and HR support; part of a small management team that assists the CEO in company direction and decisions.• Contract Support: Responsible for managing numerous government subcontracts under 7+ Prime contractors to include billing, reporting, and monthly deliverables.
