Chronostratigraphic reconstructions at multiple scales to evaluate stratigraphic architecture and petroleum systems.

Formed collaboration between dGB and ION GXT to apply dGB's OpendTect HorizonCube and SSIS (Sequence Stratigraphic Interpretation System) plugins to ION's 2D seismic surveys in offshore East Africa. Feasibility study delineated Stratal Packages and mapped sequence distribution; established reservoir architecture differences related to stratigraphic setting.
