I am a marketer, business developer, real estate consultant, buyer's agent, agent trainer, treasurer, technology support specialist, and professional photographer & videographer for Omaha's Elite Real Estate Group with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate.

My main duties for this position included:- Working with locomotive engineers to promote the saving of millions of gallons of diesel fuel through the use of the Fuel Master Program.- Increase overall communication via a monthly newsletter in which I designed, was chief editor, and a writer for. - Introduce new practices and technology into the Fuel Conservation Group such as creating an internal blog which supported conservation practices.- Ran the behind the scenes network of the Fuel Conservation Group's Website.- Used my graphic design skills to create communication pieces such as posters, pamphlet covers, document layouts, etc... -Kept in strong communication with about 60 contacts from all around the nation to make sure everything ran smoothly with the Fuel Master Program in their respective areas.- Was in charge of finding, creating, and organizing various promotional products that were given away for branding purposes.- Was the group's leader for exhibits such as Earth Day and various "Going Green" campaigns.

- Sell and assist customers with product and installation knowledge of various flooring products.

- Managed about 15-20 of my peers on the cart staff- Wrote work schedules, answered phones, delegated work, took place in the hiring and termination of other employees, and coordinated golf outings.
