I'm an award-winning writer and producer, specialising in comedy, drama and horror. I'm repped by Screen Talent.My debut short film, Eva’s Legacy, premiered at the London Short Film Festival in January 2015. The supernatural drama went on to screen at 15 festivals around the world, picking up a Platinum Remi for Original Dramatic Short at Houston’s Worldfest, Best Film and Best Cinematography at the Rob Knox Film Festival, and Best Visual at Limelight Film Festival in London.This was followed by Roundheads and Cavaliers in 2019, a comedy short film directed by Chloe Thomas (Victoria, Harlots, Horrible Histories). It starred Cariad Lloyd, Alex Carter, David Schaal and Perry Fitzpatrick and premiered at the BAFTA-qualifying Cambridge Film Festival in October 2019, followed by the Oscar-qualifying Austin Film Festival a few days later. My latest short film, The Announcement, was filmed in January 2020, directed by James Kibbey for Black Shark Media. It stars Hugo Chegwin (People Just Do Nothing), Felicity Montagu (I'm Alan Partridge) and David Schaal (The Inbetweeners). It won Best Comedy at the Montreal Independent Film Festival in September 2020 and Best Comedy Film at the Soho London Independent Film Festival in November 2020.I was shortlisted for the BBC Writer’s Prize in 2013 and have also written additional material for the BBC Radio 4 Extra topical sketch show, Newsjack.
