As the mobile Product Manager at ServiceMagic, I define, design and create mobile experiences for our customers. I work with the senior management team to define product strategies and road maps for Mobile Web as well as 2 Android and 2 iPhone Applications with more to come. I have set an example by embracing an agile work flow with the development and QA teams. I managed the first in-house built iPhone App by collaborating and innovating with the mobile team, and doing whatever it took to meet our goals and deadlines. This App, HomeSmarts, has been featured on Productivity App Blogs and has made it in the top 75 Productivity Apps in iTunes twice. I also defined, tested and created a Premium Membership Platform which has over 100,000 members and continues to grow resulting in much higher lifetime value.I am learning SQL by writing queries and analyzing the performance of our mobile products and individual features to improve their usability and increase the impact of the mobile business.I have knowledge of the social media space and I am constantly seeking out the latest and greatest in the development of mobile technology.
