    As the Director I provided general financial oversight and management of the company-wide technology spend, including multiple offices nationwide. I was responsible for creating departments budgets and tracking spend to assure adherence to the budget. I was the central point of contact for all things financial related, and worked as the liaison between Finance and IT. I provided reports to the senior management team regarding financial performance to budget, and was responsible for explaining any variances. This also included oversight of the financial vetting and pro forma process that occured before an interface could move forward. I was the direct manager for the project managers and QA staff associated with connectivity projects.I was am responsible for managing the Technical Account Managers, most of whom were located at various locations across the United States. This team provided essential technology services to our joint ventures, large clients and partners. I worked to establish and maintain standardization of process and procedure while working closely with the JV GM’s and sales management handling the client relations. I also provided regular executive reporting on key performance indicators, key client accounts and trouble accounts. I began this position as interim in August 2015, and was officially promoted in September 2015.

    I ran the IT Business Services team, which focused on managing all financial aspects of IT. I was in charge of the budget creation and expense tracking, financial reporting, and financial goal achievement and tracking. I was heavily involved in the selection of new technology, both hardware and software, which included working with vendors to secure the best possible pricing on all purchases of IT equipment and software. Other duties included document management and standardization, disaster recovery documentation and testing, consolidation and management of all IT vendors, as well as professional development plan implementation. I also managed the Client Technology team, which consisted of 4 Technical Account Managers located throughout the western United States.
