Supporting our new colleagues with learning, helping with process improvement, and coordinating training in north American markets. Working with our Data team to build meaningful analytics, as well as bringing Operations, IT, HR, and Talent together to smooth out our onboarding experience.

Operations:• Provides overall operational support for the zone up to the local branch level, to support revenue growth.• Upgrades process efficiency with the programs we currently utilize including: Bullhorn, Zoom, Zip Recruiter, MS 365, MS Forms, TextKernel, LHH• Collaborates with local branch management & conducts branch visits to foster process improvement to increase operating efficiency. • Productivity Analysis of Zone Financials• Effectively and transparently reports findings to Zone VP and Regional VPs; Assists Zone VP in preparation for their branch visits as requested• Works with Branch Managers to create effective action plans for improvements with consideration of current market trends• Helps to screen potential manager, sales and staffing candidates• Acts as liaison to solve local and corporate support issues and questions from the field.• Support our Corporate Operations Team as needed for special projects; Assists with implementation of key company projects • May act as interim branch manager &/or offer spot leadership as needed by providing infrastructure & managing branch financial goals. Training:• Support and supplement Practice and Performance Directors efforts, by providing training as needed for Staffing Managers, Business Development Managers, & Staffing Specialists, that have a 0-1-year tenure, across brands including Accounting Principals, Ajilon, & Paladin. • Training: hip-to-hip, 1:1, & virtual: WebEx, Skype, MS Teams• Share and implement best practices in branches as they relate to Minimum Activity Standards and KPIsLocations Supported Include: • San Diego, CA• Torrance, CA• Newport Beach, CA• San Gabriel Valley, CA• Ontario, CA• Los Angeles, CA• Burbank, CA• Woodland Hills, CA• San Jose, CA• Walnut Creek, CA• San Francisco, CA• Phoenix, AZ• Las Vegas, NV• Sacramento, CA• Portland, OR• Seattle, WA• Denver, CO• Albuquerque, NM
