Job Consultant
CurrentAs a job and career consultant, I hold various types of interviews with Krifa's members, where the focus is on their working life. I hold statutory interviews and voluntary interviews. These are CV interviews, availability interviews, sparring interviews and job change and career interviews. In addition, I have weekly joint discussions with Aarhus Jobcentre. My approach to the conversations is motivating and coaching. I am happy to provide sparring in creating a targeted CV and motivated application, with the job and the company in mind.In the statutory interviews, I sit with an authority role, where I have to assess the members' right to unemployment benefits, based on an assessment of their possibilities to return quickly to the labor market.In the interviews, I provide guidance on the opportunities on the labor market and within education. I offer Krifa's services in relation to the member's needs.I have also had the pleasure of being allowed to teach at Krifa's workshops in LinkedIn. The 2 workshops are called, "Get started with LinkedIn" and "LinkedIn - Use your profile actively".
