Bridged the gap between sales and operations. Assisting sales with ensuring quotes are accurate and all necessary items are included. Review profitability based on expenses the order could incur. Produced paperwork that included floorplans, production schedules, labour workbooks, etc. Focused heavily on lighting on shows I was directly involved with. Creating lighting designs and Renders using Vectorworks. Onsite overseeing the setup and lighting focus. Including programming and operation of the show.

Oversaw both Rigging and Power departments coming out of the pandemic. Responsibilities included reviewing rigging & power setups for setups in hotels. Doing rigging load calculations, evaluating plans and signing off on plans. Ensuring safety standards are being met.

The Service & Event Producer is primarily responsible for the onsite production of all non-Sunday Village gatherings and secondarily responsible for supporting the Worship Pastor’s creative vision for Sundays. Reports to the Production Director, and relates closely with the Operations/Logistics Lead, Production Assistant(s), and Ministry Leads.

My role is to oversee the setup and execution of the A/V for events at the The Westin Bayshore hotel. My job includes working with the sales team to ensure appropriate gear is quoted on. I then work with other technicians ensuring everything is setup correctly and to company standards. I will assist other company locations when the need arises. Ensuring that events are successfully executed. When the opportunity arises, I train technicians on the standards, protocols and procedures in the many areas of A/V.
