-Support admissions and student services functions for 7 multidisciplinary programs managed in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences--> Assist with ramp-up for new degree programs including creating policies and procedures for degree programs as it pertains to registration process, writing the student handbooks, assessing student milestones as they progress towards degree completion, creating new course proposals, and organizing all aspects of new student orientations.--> Helped launch first cohort of students in Fall 2019 for two degree programs; 22 new students in Master of Professional Studies in Data Science and Applications program and 23 students in Engineering Science MS with course focus in Robotics program-Collaborate with directors of graduate studies and carry out academic and administrative functions to best serve prospective and currently enrolled students within the programs.-Plan, administer, coordinate all functions serving graduate students before they enter their program of study, during the time while they are pursuing their degree and well into their graduate work. Responsibilities include application management, application communication, academic advising, student funding appointments, course scheduling, etc. -Manage all aspects of the graduate experience from meeting and communicating with prospective students and the University constituents, to working with students to ensure their degree plan is met, and other initiatives supporting current students and graduates’ success. -Event management including coordination, planning, scheduling, logistics, promotion, preparation of materials and event spaces, agendas, minutes and follow up action items for CDSE Days; as well as student events including open house, preview day, orientation and commencement, etc.
