I am an experienced leader bringing operational excellence to all my endeavors, and in all areas of business. After my first two successful SaaS startup acquisitions, I’ve found even more passion in coaching and advising, but the next startup is likely right around the corner. I love working with amazing people to build and create meaningful impact, maybe in the future we will change the world together! ___________________________________________________________________________Ken was integral to the 2011 founding of Picmonic as a key player in bringing in nearly $1 million in initial funding, from the original business plan to executing the MVP development stage on time and under budget. Since Picmonic’s inception, Ken ran all internal operations, while also handling legal, finance, HR, etc. He was responsible for keeping Picmonic on track with the long-term vision through quarterly objectives, setting and driving the pace as he coordinated interdepartmental initiatives. Picmonic was venture backed with over $5M invested, recognized as one of Arizona’s hottest startups winning the Arizona Innovation Challenge, Arizona's top 10 companies to work, and Inc 5000 fastest growing business 2020 & 2021. When Picmonic was acquired in 2021 by TrueLearn/LLR Partners, Ken successfully ran the seller-side M&A process in lieu of hiring a banker. Ken attended the United States Air Force Academy and holds a BS in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
