Ms.Kaplan has primarily been involved with coverage litigation projects for mass torts and has assisted a broad range of clients including paper companies, construction equipment manufacturers, government contractors, policy holders, insurers, and their legal counsel specializing in asbestos liability and insurance matters. Project work has included coverage analysis, insurance recovery, insurance allocation and future liability estimation, claim file review, and insurer billing. Ms. Kaplan is experienced with MS Excel and MS Access, including the creation and manipulation of dynamic allocation models and scenario analyses, and the creation, management, and manipulation of data populations. Additional project work for Ms. Kaplan has included lost profit analyses, breach of contract investigations, and a fraudulent accounting case.
