At the Financial Women's Association of New York (FWA) I drove a reorganization following the retirement of the former Executive Director. Founded in 1956 the FWA is the premiere organization for women in serving all aspects of the financial community. I set a new strategic plan that included an IT upgrade to place the entire operation in the cloud, updated the membership software to improve member engagement to broaden the FWA's commitment to social media and new online community objectives. I refocused the PR and Fundraiser initiative, The Women of Year Awards and created more robust opportunities for our Fortune 500 sponsors. Launched their new website www.fwa.org.

-Managed a coalition of 100 groups from the private and public sectors representing a constituency of over 100,000 who work on issues of economic empowerment-Oversaw the NYWA Star Breakfast attracting over 1,000 attendees, speakers and honoree’s, including Barbara Walters, Jane Fonda, Hillary Clinton, Ken Chenault, Ron Perlman, Michael Bloomberg, and Billie Jean King-Established NYWA’s first Social Media site (www.nywaconnect.org)

-Initiated a 5-year restructuring plan, increased membership diversity and enhanced organizational development-Extensive Board development experience, initiating best practices, restructuring and implementing term limits-Co-Chair Of Scholarship Committee-Co-Chair Strategic Alliances

-Hired by this start-up for extensive marketing, advertising and corporate relationship expertise-Defined the Vice President role, managed a department of 40 and a budget of up to $50 million -Hired and trained staff despite lack of seasoned talent in an emerging industry

-Developed a campaign for Prodigy Internet to re-launch their major brand -Managed several direct reports and a $15 million budget

-Managed a new organization modeled after AARP and led a team of 12 regional district managers -Signed over 12,000 women in the first 6 months-Created an alliance with Apple Computer’s e-World service, to educate women on the power of the internet

Stabilized the organization following the consolidation of two divisions, restoring major client relationships and setting the stage for a new kind of management agency
