In my role as a business analyst, I conduct business analysis to identify risk, feasibility, and key opportunities for the website and integrated applications, fully aligned with organizational goals and delivering first-rate end-user experience. A large part of my position requires me to identify and organize appropriate business requirements and deploy new user interface in close collaboration with project managers, business users, and product owners. I also facilitate change management through mentoring project business analysts to improve workflows and ensure the project is completed on timeand within the projected budget.Some of my key achievements include:► I drove a project to completion five months ahead of schedule through effective time management and organized approach throughout the program’s evaluation, testing, and launch.► I forged positive relationships with multiple teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing general knowledge and specific documentation to ensure successful program release.

While at State Street Corporation, I performed enterprise-wide business and risk analysis, feasibility studies, and software validation, improving business processes and finding solutions to varied issues through extensive business analytics expertise. In the course of a little less than a year, I mapped and modeled applicable data in MS Visio. I also interacted with stakeholders to configure and integrate business applications such as Salesforce Lightning and Five9 to maximize operational effectiveness.
