My professional experience reflects 32+ years in Supply Chain Management of Pharmaceutical Industry. My Functional exposure includes Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, Sourcing, Manufacturing Operations, Contract manufacturing, Inventory control and Vendor development. I lead by personal example and hence have been instrumental in driving day-to-day operations, evolving new initiatives, driving growth, visibility, and profitability. My leadership style is strong on empathy, working through relationships and I spend large amount of time mentoring and counselling. Focussed to improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency through personnel leadership that aligns business processes, have helped me in achieving Operational Excellence & development of reliable network of associates. With extreme passion towards my profession, I made an outstanding contribution in all the functional areas. As an enthusiastic coordinator, I enjoy working as part of a team, often with colleagues from a wide range of disciplines in problem solving and project work. Driven various implementation projects on SAP, TOC, and Supply Chain projects with BCG, Accenture, IBM, Mckinsey and Goldratt Consultants. When it comes to IT area, I have good knowledge of SAP SD, PP & MM modules, MS OFFICE, Lotus Notes Application / Outlook and Web-browsing. In leisure, I enjoy to watch TV, Cricket, Health Club, Bajan, Social Activities and the help the needy. Goal is to use the knowledge and experience gained to serve people in the society lead healthier and wealthier life.
