Oversee all discipling ministries: creating Discipleship program, equipping small groups leaders, selecting curricula, scheduling and organizing Sunday School as well as children’s events like VBS, Easter & Christmas activities.

Oversee all Children’s ministry programming—birth through 5th grade—as well as coordinating paid nursery staff and overseeing the Director of Parents Morning Out (serving about 40 families, five days a week). Deliver children’s messages each Sunday morning. Work closely with staff to coordinate educational programs that reflect a unified vision for the church. Currently in the process of establishing a welcoming environment and ‘buddy program’ for children with special needs and their families. Re-envisioned Children’s Church and worked with the Children’s Council on choosing new Sunday School Curriculum. Developed new mission and service-based programs for children on Wednesday nights and one night a month. Worked to have a new playground installed at the church. Wrote, organized, and ‘directed’ the Christmas Program. Maintain Facebook Communications and Outreach to church families and the community. Brought a Backpack Buddies program to the church and spearheaded the establishment of this food ministry which provides food for 40 food-insecure children each weekend. Reached out to the community to bring summer camp programs and community events to the church.

Recruit, hire, evaluate and supervise employees, manage budgets, and select course materials. Advise all students in Humanities degree programs, and various other students, on the Columbus Campus.
