Researching a cure for Malaria fostered my interest in pharmacology, while contributing to an underserved research area led me on a path to pharmacy and pharmaceutical outcomes or health outcomes research (HEOR, HER). I became passionate about the potential for Digital Health approaches as a ‘fix’ for disparate data sources and the promise for continuous data collection to better characterize patient experience and patient experience data. My current focus is leading Digital Health Initiatives that optimize research approaches to help uncover the burden facing patients, providers, and health systems with available treatment, whether this burden manifests as cost, or impact on daily life, and to support the potential value of newer, innovative treatment.
