I am a Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing Project Engineer with a degree in Mechanical and Energy Engineering from the University of North Texas. My current position provides MEP engineering solutions for commercial buildings to clients. The goal of my current position is to deliver quality engineered solutions suitable to the clients’ needs including deadlines, budgets, preferred vendors, etc. My approach is to give my clients clear expectations, and constant communications, while ensuring good coordination with architects, our engineering team, sales representatives, and contractors to smoothly deliver the project.I work closely with each client to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of their project and to mitigate any issues that come up. In addition to working closely with my clients, I also believe it is vital for success to create a healthy team environment. I have found that in these environments intra-team communication goes beyond the project right in front of you. It is important to maintain a healthy working relationship with each teammate. When my teammates know I care about each of them, they care about what we do as a team. In addition to my normal duties I have mentored and taught interns how to design commercial buildings, and also ensured they have a smooth transition from college to their professional lives.I believe my contagious positive attitude, and deep personal care for people would contribute to a positive work and culture environment. Given my experience as a project engineer, I believe I can be a great addition to your organization!
